Police Shut Down Islamic Cell After Bribery Attempt, Rescue Slave In Process #Islam #police

Muslim gangsters offered police investigating “criminal behaviour on a commercial scale” bribes of up to $7,000 to stay away from their base of operations in Nottingham, telling officers it was a “Kurdish street”.

A mini market on the street with false walls, secret hiding places, and an underground “cell” where an illegal alien Muslim was held as a kind of slave was the heart of a criminal enterprise dealing in drugs, human trafficking, and unlicensed tobacco, according to reports.

“Illicit tobacco was being used to fund criminality, primarily drug supply and human trafficking. Senior members of Kurdish organised crime have been using it to fund criminality in the Radford Road area,” said Police Constable Lee Wilson.

“A Kurdish businessman offered us £5,000 a month to cease the tobacco investigation,” he added.

“With others involved in the operation, we had a search dog and were told, ‘police are not welcome on the street’. It was described as a ‘Kurdish street’.”

Nottingham Magistrates’ Court heard illegal tobacco worth $47,000 was seized during one raid by police, who were not deterred by locals’ warnings on this occasion.

Trading standards officer Paul Wheddon described how a “failed asylum seeker with no rights in the UK” was found in a hidden cellar lined with illegal cigarettes, with his sole purpose being to pass them up to the sellers.

“Effectively it was a cell. He couldn’t get out of it. There was no escape had there been an emergency,” remarked District Judge Leo Pyle, who ordered the mini market to be closed for three months.

After the hearing, city council chief trading standards and anti-social behaviour officer Richard Antcliff said: “We see this as a landmark decision by the court which gives us the opportunity to use closure powers on other premises involved in the sale of illegal tobacco products.

“The message to those engaged in this criminal activity is clear: if you continue, it is highly probable that we will close you down.”
