72 Year Old Neo-Nazi Plotted To Torch Apt Building Because of “F–king Jews” *VIDEO* #crime #Nazi

A 72-year-old Florida man who allegedy had Neo-Nazi material in his apartment is under arrest, accused of plotting to kill his Jewish neighbors.

Walter Stolper, 72, is charged with attempted murder and attempted arson after Miami Beach Police asid he dumped several gasoline-filled containers down a trash chute.

Stolper allegedly had two additional gasoline containers in his possession.

Police said that they located a storage room linked to Stolper within the same building that contained 28 additional containers with gasoline, sulfur powder, and potassium nitrate.

The police said that Stolper had told a witness that he was going to “burn down the building with all the f—ing Jews,” the Miami Herald reported.

Miami Beach police Officer Ernesto Rodriguez said investigators received a credible tip that Stolper was planning to burn down The Pavilion residences on Collins Avenue.

Rodriguez said Stolper was angry after having recently been served with eviction papers.

Another resident of the condo told police that Stolper told him he was going to pour gasoline down the drain line of the building, ignite it and then padlock the building’s fire hoses to prevent firefighters from extinguishing the flames.

Investigators later found Stolper in the parking garage of the building, pushing two plastic containers in a shopping cart. The containers were filled with gas. Investigators said they found eight more plastic containers filled with gas in a garbage chute dumpster.

According to the arrest affidavit, gas had been poured down the chute from the 15th floor — the same floor on which Stolper lived. Investigators said the plastic containers were identical to the ones found in the shopping cart.

“I bought the gas to make a small BBQ,” Stolper told police, according to the affidavit.

Rodriguez said detectives later found a storage room in the building holding 28 additional containers filled with gas, sulfur powder and potassium nitrate.

“We remain confident the work of our detectives averted a tragedy,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez said the state attorney’s office will decide whether Stolper should be charged with a hate crime.

In other crime news, a study has shown that illegal aliens commit crimes at twice the rate of citizens or legal immigrants.

The report, from the Crime Prevention Research Center, used a previously untapped set of data from Arizona that detailed criminal convictions and found that illegal aliens between 15 and 35 are less than 3 percent of the state’s population, but nearly 8 percent of its prison population.

And the crimes they were convicted of were, on the whole, more serious, said John R. Lott Jr., the report’s author and president of the research center.

His findings also challenge the general narrative that illegal aliens commit fewer crimes. Those past studies usually don’t look at legal versus illegal populations, Mr. Lott said.

Mr. Lott said the Arizona data is able to peek behind that curtain, and the differences between the populations were stark.

“There appears to be a huge difference between the two groups,” Mr. Lott said. “The type of person who goes through the process to legally immigrate in the United States appears to be very law-abiding versus even the U.S.-born population. The reverse is true for undocumented immigrants — they are committing crimes, and more serious crimes.”

Among nearly 4,000 first- and second-degree murder convictions, illegal aliens accounted for nearly 13 percent — significantly higher than their percentage of the population. Legal immigrants, by contrast, were less than 1 percent of convicts. Native-born made up the rest.

illegal aliens also accounted for five times the rate of convictions for money laundering and kidnapping, and were three times more likely to be convicted of drive-by shootings.

The data covered from 1985 to 2017. For his data purposes, Mr. Lott defined illegal aliens as those who weren’t U.S. citizens or green card holders, signaling permanent residency.

He said the crime rates of the illegal aliens who were ages 18 to 35 was particularly important, given the ongoing debate over legalizing illegal alien “Dreamers.” He said the Arizona data showed that population had crime rates 250 percent higher than their share of the population would have predicted.
