Heterosexual white men need not apply.
That’s what the Democratic National Committee’s hiring team is saying while trying to hire people to fill multiple job vacanies.
The political organization, which routinely makes grand statements about inclusion, recently sent an email to its employees looking to recruit people for eight open spots including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager and Chief Security Officer.
Though the Oct. 30 email says that the DNC is looking for a “staff of diverse voices and life experiences,” it apparently doesn’t mean heterosexual white men.
DNC’s Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes “cisgender straight white males.”
Leader adds, “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.”
Cisgender is a term used by mentally ill liberals to describe normal people who don’t have an imaginary gender.
In response to this email, an anonymous DNC source told The Daily Wire the following:
Clearly the DNC is doubling down on a failed strategy that has alienated staffers and voters alike. We want to be judged based on the quality of our work, not on identity politics. How can we trust the leadership of the DNC if they don’t even trust us?
The Daily Wire contacted Ms. Leader about the contents of her email, but she declined to comment.
After the latest scandals to plague the Democratic National Committee during the 2016 presidential election, the new leadership under Tom Perez and Keith Ellison (D-MN) seek to rebrand the party as a more inclusive and welcoming community. Unfortunately, this email doesn’t exactly help their case.
